<strong><em>5th Annual APA Ironfest Challenge</em></strong><br /> POWERLIFTING, BENCHPRESS, & DEADLIFT<br /> <span style="color:#ff0000"> Can you survive the challenge?</span><br /> ***$1000.00 CASH AWARD***<br /> November 8, 2014 at Conference Center 361 N. 10th Street Defuniak Springs, FL. 32433<br /> Weigh-ins: Friday November 7, 2014 - 4:00pm until 7:00pm at the meet hotel, No walk in entries will be accepted after 7:00 pm on Friday November 7, 2014<br /> ***CASH AWARD***<br /> We had a drawing at this year’s Raw Nationals. This was a sealed envelope and will be opened at the awards presentation on November 8th to reveal what division wins $1000 cash. The divisions eligible are as follows. Only one division will win, and it will be winner take ALL.<br /> 1) Men’s Open Full Power by co efficiency.<br /> 2) Women’s Open Full Power by co efficiency.<br /> 3) Bench Only Open Men, Open Women, and Master Men by co efficiency. Master age co eff. will be included.<br /> 4) Master Men’s Full Power by co efficiency. (must be a minimum of 10 men registered to win cash)<br /> Meet will start at 8:00 am<br /> Sanctioned by the American Powerlifting Association (APA). You must be a member to be eligible. You may purchase membership card at the meet ($30 adult - $15 High School Student).<br /> RAW = No bench shirt and no supportive suit. Belt, Knee & Wrist wraps are allowed if you wish to wear them. SINGLETS are REQUIRED for all divisions, socks for deadlift. All Squats are walk out!<br /> IMPORTANT INFO, PLEASE READ!<br /> If you are a member of the APA/WPA you will need to bring your membership card to the meet as proof or receipt of online membership purchase. If you don’t have proof, you WILL be REQUIRED to purchase another card (no exceptions) If you lost your card, it will be 50% of a new membership to reissue a new card! If you are not a member you must purchase a membership card with your entry or at the weigh in.<br /> STAINLESS ID BRACELETS (very cool awards) are for Best lifter awards only! Full power, Bench, & Deadlift divisions. Men & Women. You can win more than 1 Best Lifter Bracelet! If you enter and win 3 divisions, and win BL in each, you will receive 1 Best lifter bracelet for each division! There will be a minimum number of lifters in each division to qualify.
